Shortly about us - we are family of expats, that lived in Groningen for about a year at the moment we decided to buy an own property. We started our preparation by reading related information on Funda. We did a research of the brokers' market and decided to choose Namaco.We had a list of questions about different topics related to buying of property (mortgage, viewings, bidding process, insurances, etc). This list was quite long and we received detailed answer on every single question. We were positively impressed by Namaco approach and willingness to explain us every single detail we asked for (for us as expats it was very important to know what to do in Netherlands while buying a property). Namaco helped us to understand what we really need to look for, were present at every single viewing and answered to our endless list of questions (we could always reach Namaco team via email or phone).We also decided to go with financial advise from Namaco, so we could combine all our activities related to buying a property within 1 company and we also got a discount on these services.Namaco helped us arrange all of the insurances (life, lyability, car etc) and other necessary formalities.The whole communication was done of course in English, so it is very handy for expats.As a wrap-up of the feedback above: it was a very positive experience with Namaco, we are very satisfied with a result of our cooperation, moreover Namaco continues to support us after we finalised our purchase in a matter of any questions we have afterwards.We would like to thank Klaas Wilting for help with search of our new home and financial advise, to Larissa Molenkamp for a good communication during the search process and of course the whole Namaco team.
