We changed to Namaco from another real estate agent because the former was not matching our expectations. With Namaco, we received Klaas as our real estate agent. He was very dedicated, professional, fun to work with and (the most appreciated characteristic for me) honest. We sat down, he explained everything and together we created a plan to get a house. Namaco business model is also very appreciated because you need to pay a fixed amount you buy a house instead of a percentage of the purchase price. This removes the real estate agent's incentive to push you to increase your offer. The cherry on top was the fact that the Namaco real estate agents have construction knowledge and this is very valuable to prevent you from adding technical inspection clauses and have a higher chance to get the house.
